Services
TechLuminary provides software development services including website and mobile app development, maintenance, and technical advisory. Each project is scoped individually.
Project process
Every project begins with a free audit and a written estimate. Work begins only after you approve the scope and price in writing.
Ownership
Upon full payment, you own the source code and deliverables produced for your project. We may reuse general libraries and internal tooling.
Payments
Projects are invoiced in USD or VND, typically on a milestone basis. Late payments may pause work.
Confidentiality
We are happy to sign an NDA. Your business information is kept confidential.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
